It takes a village

At this celebratory community conference, Suzy brings together ‘original thinkers’ and change-makers alongside a vibrant mix of stakeholders, parents, industry creatives and subject-matter experts.

The aim is to create a space where diverse voices can ask bold, future-shaping questions about neuro-difference. Rather than simply raising awareness, the event is designed to spark action, collaboration and imagination across sectors that directly influence neurodiverse lives.

A central question running through the conference is: what can we—as the collective village—do differently? How do we move people towards deeper understanding, shift mindsets and influence culture in meaningful ways? An expert panel anchors this discussion, offering informed perspectives that go beyond predictable talking points. Their role is to challenge assumptions, stretch thinking and invite the audience into conversations that are both intellectually rigorous and emotionally resonant. The atmosphere balances stimulation, academic depth and joy, creating the conditions needed to talk honestly about what true inclusion could and should look like—within our institutions and far beyond them.

This event is open to anyone with an interest in neurodiversity and the systems that shape opportunity, belonging and access. It is especially relevant to policymakers, educators, speech and language therapists, social workers, community leaders, school governors, designers, researchers, charities, nonprofits and those working in cultural and creative industries.

Whether you want to sponsor, attend or stay connected as plans unfold, you can join the mailing list to be part of the movement and help drive change at scale.
