Happyinschoolproject CIC
If you’re a school, college or university aiming to build stronger relationships with neurodiverse students and better understand their needs on an individual level, this project offers a tailored and practical solution.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, the work focuses on developing strategies that reflect each setting’s unique challenges, strengths and student population. The goal is to create a more inclusive environment where neurodiverse learners feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
The programme is delivered over six weeks within a coaching framework. During this time, we begin by assessing the current situation, identifying the specific challenges faced by staff and students. From there, we co-create an achievable plan using the resources already available within the school or setting.
The plan includes smart, actionable goals that can be implemented straight away. Once activated, progress is monitored and reviewed to ensure impact, sustainability and continuous improvement. Participation requires a level of commitment and investment from the school, as outcomes are most effective when leadership and staff are fully engaged.
To support implementation and long-term change, we provide a range of training options. This includes evidence-based INSET day training for whole staff teams or targeted groups such as ECTs, SLT, SENDCos or transition leads.
For more flexible delivery, we also offer online training which can be tailored to a specific brief or selected from our existing programmes. Schools and institutions can review the range of training themes and associated costs to determine the most appropriate package for their needs here.
