If you’re a school, college or University looking to improve relationships and understand your neurodiverse students’ needs in a more individual way, this is the project for you.

Delivered in a 6-week coaching container, we address the current scenario, look at specific challenges, develop a workable plan with in-school resources, activate the plan with smart goals, activate the plan and review. 

We offer INSET day evidence-based training for staff / specific groups of staff, e.g. ECTs, SLT, SENDCos, transition.

Our online training  offer can be in response to specific briefs or inset training.
