Teen Girls Circle

A creative and learning space for neuro-unique girls.

A welcoming, low-intensity space for the Easter and Summer holidays (check and book via Calendly if your child wishes to attend).

All venues for this project are carefully selected to provide plenty of space to express and be your authentic self and provide a calming atmosphere.

During the sessions we look at what makes you unique, learn more about autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodiverse conditions and how they may show up. We discuss how to turn your unique characteristics into strengths.

You will learn techniques to tackle anxious feelings, build self-esteem and learn how to self-advocate in a range of situations. You will learn about real and ‘fake’ friendships, share your favourite games and online spaces and learn how to stay safe online.

Girls will also work on a creative project, led by them, to show the world your talents and build your sense of identity – this may become the cover of your personalised development plan.
