Teen Girls Circle
A creative space for neuro-unique girls. A welcoming, low-intensity space for the Easter and Summer holidays (check the calendar for dates).
All venues for this project are chosen with great care to ensure participants feel comfortable, relaxed and free to express themselves fully.
Each space offers room to move, create and connect without pressure, and the overall atmosphere is intentionally calming and nurturing. This helps everyone feel safe enough to share their thoughts, try new things and simply be their authentic selves.
Across the sessions, we explore what makes each girl unique and celebrate those individual traits. We dig into topics such as autism and ADHD in a way that feels relatable and personal, helping girls recognise how these might show up in their own lives. Rather than seeing differences as barriers, we focus on turning unique characteristics into strengths. Participants are introduced to practical, lifelong tools to manage anxiety, build self-esteem and self-advocate confidently in different settings. They’ll also learn how to recognise the difference between real and ‘fake’ friendships, talk openly about favourite games and online spaces, and understand how to keep themselves safe in digital and social environments.
A key part of the programme involves working on creative projects that are entirely led by the girls themselves. These projects become a way to express identity, showcase talents and build pride in who they are. The final creation becomes the cover of each participant’s personalised development plan, serving as a visual reminder of their strengths, growth and voice.
By the end of the project, participants will have:
-
Learned how to speak up for themselves in a positive and constructive way
-
Strengthened their relationships with friends and family members
-
Grown in confidence and self-assurance
-
Felt a deeper sense of connection with the world around them
-
Developed a stronger, clearer sense of who they are
Please note: places are intentionally limited to avoid overwhelm and allow each girl to feel seen and supported. Booking early is advised to secure your child’s space.
